VC Accounting & Associates is a professional accounting firm, founded in 2007 and located in Miami Beach, Florida.

We provide startups through established small businesses comprehensive corporate accounting, payroll tax, sales and use tax, and income tax return preparation.
We follow general accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and accounting rules and procedures, issued by the Financial Accounting Standard Board.
Our professionals are experienced and equipped to handle our clients’ needs; from individual income tax preparation to advisory services on corporate formation and corporate tax filing. We monitor and advise on the constant changes in tax information, revenue rules and procedures, and compliance with duties and restrictions relating to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
